Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing you with the best possible service, and your appointment time is valuable to us. We understand that schedules can change, so we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. ​ Late cancellations or missed appointments prevent us from offering that time to other clients. Therefore, appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee of the reserved service amount. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
